If that were the case (even though it won't happen), the specific administrator's custom level icon would take the place of the level 60 icon (just as they do now).

Im not sure i understandn you. And as LongliveACDC pointed out their is no lvl 60 mod icon as their is a mod icon for all the other levels.

The only place you can get in trouble for impersonating a mod is on the BBS. [as is currently written now anyways]. Why not take a gander at this. ; ) Rule 9 under "The Big Ones"
