Newgrounds.com — Everything, By Everyone.

there is an intro in alot of good animations like waterlollies.(not the preloader) it shows the ng tank then it says "everyting by everyone". then it says "newgrounds" .Could someone tell me where to get that?

check the download section there u can download pre loaders and ng logo's and stuff so i'm pretty sure u'll find it there

I believe your talking about the preloader in this flash too?

If so, sorry I'm not sure where to get it. Check the preloader section on Newgrounds as black-raven suggested. Although checked and didn't see it there.

Free .fla's are currently down.

If it's been released to the public it would be in the downloads section. If it isn't there it's probably meant only for Newgrounds sponsored Flash content.

This question, however is more appropriate for the Where is/How to? forum. It is Flash related, though... =\
