Thought id make this thread to show on the thing called easytoon.
You probably know it from some flashes, or somewhere else, but it looks kinda cool on what you can do with it.
Also, it can be an animated GIF, just to say.
(NOTE: I dont use this program for animated sigs, so dont you go doing it)
