Let me break it down for you, as a way of saying goodnight.

1) You do things, anything, fap, masturbate, choke your chicken, spank your monkey, etc.
2) This releases heat
3) Heat is unusable energy, which increases entropy (disorder) in the universe.
4) Once all the energy is used, nothing will be able to exist, and existence will cease.

MEANING, that just by existing, typing a response to this thread, or producing saliva while swooning over a girl you have no chance with, you're destroying the universe.
