Okay so here's the newbie's first rough.

It's meant to be a japanese school girl amputee, followed by her limbs.

I like the amputee, but I was wondering if there's too much going on - like should I get rid of the limbs that fall afterwards? Heress.

Pieman123: no....you have to redraw. you can't just keep copyign keyframes and changing little bits. you have to draw all of the frames newly.

lol pieman I really like the idea of yours, but yeah, the art needs work.
What I do is I draw the torso, and keep it the same for each frame, and move it on each frame.
But then I go back, and I redraw the arms and legs using onion skin for each one, this way its not so static but I use the torso as a guide so I know nothing is misaligned. :P hope that helps.

both are very 'gasmic. I was not expecting a fat man :]. and when the animation rolls straight from the menu...that's BA. very simplistic and stylish.
