I highly doubt he would succeed , and even if he did he would have to cleanse all those who wouldnt follow him or risk rebellion. His kind of Government woulndt be Communism, the theory of communism is equal distribution of things and land to everyone, which in turn would turn into a Dictatorship (USSR, Peoples Republic of China, Cuba). No, the effective government he would choose to run the world would have to be widespread of Socialism. Something the people he ruled over would rejoice in having him rule over them. Mark my words though if he became a Dictator, well.... it wouldnt be pretty.

Well if its a Monarchy, then some of his lower ranks will start fighting for territory. If Majorily Socialist Communist (highly doubt it) then one of his lower ranks would start eliminating some of the others until only he could take command, what Stalin did basically.

alright then thanks and if you want my opinion even though the DEATH NOTE can kill on massive scall yagani light has to know your name and face and the only other way he can find that out is the shinigami eye deal and light already said he would not take the deal

Plus I highly doubt the U.S. would let him go without a fight. Can you say nukes Japan a 2nd time just to kill Light? Why yes I can see that happening if it means the death of someone with that kind of power.

Don't forget. The government has everyone files, and their name. I don't think he needs a face to kill that person, just their name. Since i suspect, he must be a hacker, with his cunning he be able to do whatever he wants. I'm finally back guys came back from being banned :).

This weeks episode reminded me of my high school graduation. Not really on topic but i liked the episode none the less.

it does say that but if you watched last weaks episode he saya in his head when ryuzaki teels him that he is L he says that if he writes his alias he might picture the real one who is a pop star in his head and kill him instead

Well if it's past Volume 6 in the Manga, its true, and im not watching the Anime till I'm done reading the Manga.

it kinda ruins watching the anime because i did that andi knew what happens so it took all the suspense and exitement out of it

No, i think you got confused when he said he "would", he just meant the alias name "could" be some pop star name, then if he would have wrote down the alias name on the Death Note and that Pop star ends up dead then suspicion would arose. Thus it will lead to Light AKA Kira (how ever you spell it).

no the alias is he name of a pop star because lights sister wathes him on the tv a lot and he did not want to accidentily kill him because that would tip off L and he would be imprizoned and put to death
