I'd like to design a location or two. Remeber Tarrant from Arcanum? Or perhaps the NCR from Fallout?
I'd gladly design something in the likes of that.

Just a fair warning - I study philosophy and politics - if you accept my offer both will strongly be reflected in the game. I don't like the gimp kills evil dragon screws pretty princess kind of stuff. What I do love is a choice between wrong and wrong, putting the player in a moral dillema. Greek tragedies presented this so well. Conspiracies and lies, backstabbing friends, human greed and envy, the inevitability of orwellian measures as the only means to uphold society. Fatalism and fate. The existence of God and his nature or the lack of thereof. Showing the player that the ends always justify the means. A dystopian, cruel and unforgiving world is what I want to create and show.
Also, expect high quality of writing and well-thought out design.
