What I would do if I could...

Please note these are just insane ramblings of what I would do if I were given the opportunity to change things about the US.

1. Gay marriage is legal. To satisfy those religious types, we can call it "partnerships" instead, and preachers cannot be required to perform these.

2. Affirmative action is abolished.

3. Lobbies are illegalized. These are tantamount to bribery.

4. The US will cease to aide foreign countries with things like food, vaccinations, etc., until the time in which the US is a utopia. I really don't see why we should help other people when we have our own problems.

5. Border control will be heightened severely, and border guards will be authorized to use lethal force on illegal immigrants if they fail to cease moving after they are told so. The only rights an illegal has is the right to a fair trial.

6. Executions of convicted criminals will be conducted in a much cheaper way than the lethal injection. I'm thinking along the lines of a razorblade across the throat.

I encourage others to say what they would do if granted control.

Affirmative action gives preference to minorities for jobs. It can force people to hire a certain amount of people of each race.

Aiding nations is not just a philanthropic goal, it also has logistic goals. First of all what if there was an outbreak of a disease like Ebola which can theoretically infect the world population, then you probobly would want to vaccinate other countries (pretending that an Ebola vaccine exists). This becomes a breeding ground for forming terrorist organizations as they gain power by taking control of the valuble food, fuel, and medicen still left and utilize those resources to extort people to support them. Sometimes those countries that have became laden with terrorists have gained enough manpower from resource extortion to get as far as overthrowing their nation and form rouge governments. In fact the reason why the Taliban become powerful enough to take control of Afghanistan is because Afghanistan was a widely neglected country in regards to international aid, so since people could not get foreign aid, the Taliban then used food and medicen as an extortion to recruit villigers. This caused their paramilitary to rapidly grow and then take control of Afghanistan. So feeding nations in fact helps prevents terrorists from recruiting new people. Also another reason why we aid foreign nations is to help prevent trends of illegal immigration. The more problems that are fixed in other countries, the less likely the people will try to illegally immigrate here and become a financial nuisance. Thats why we aid countries like Hondorous, Mexico, and Peru a lot during disasters. Thats because immigrants from those countries come here illegally and cause nuisances so we try to eliminate the need for them to migrate to America in the first place. One other reason we aid nations is also to preserve or improve diplomatic relations with other countries or to use foreign aid as an incentive for sanctioned countries to change their policies.

In Texas, if your backyard is near the Mexican border, your allowed to shoot illegal immigrants on sight. No Joke. I knew someone in highschool that use to do it for a recreational activity. (I was always afraid of that person he gave me the willies)

Actually a guillitine would be the cheapest way of execution that is painless. If we use painful methods we are no better then those Arab countries.

And I file a lawsuit for bias based on sexuality. You are defining legal benefits on the sole basis of male-male or female-female sex, and you don't have the cop-out of "tradition" to justify it. Make the legal benefits of Marriage truly fair, meaning that sexual orientation or sex in general has nothing to do with the Partnerships, or don't fiddle with it at all.

There are advantages to helping those less fortunate. Firstly, you get a bunch more trade partners. Secondly, when (insert x infectious disease here) is destroyed, we won't need any vaccinations here anymore.

I'm genuinely confused as to what exactly you would want.

Can't do that, bud. It's an important part of the system. Limitations, sure, but the ability to actively petition the government cannot be removed.

The ability to petition the government can't be removed. But with lobbies giving away vacations, cars, promises that other senators will vote a certain way etc, tell me that is not bribery. The representative should vote how his people want him to, not how lobbies want him to.

They would only get a trial if they were accused of murder or something. And fuck Mexico. We could take them easily.
