its not actually very random. Its an expose of people saying words in different ways, example stubbing your face instead of your toe and having a figment of your ass (i.e. crap) instead of a figment of your imagination. The 'punch line' so to speak is the hot dog guy saying that women are smart; implying that this is very uncommon statement. Its not very hard to follow, actually... did you read them in order, or take them each as single panels?
