I could give two shits. I still have XBOX 360 and thats far more 1337 than PS3 will be for the price. The only good thing about PS3 is BluRay capabilities, otherwise it sucks.

As compared to the Wii, where Nintendo makes more copies of the same bloody games and third party developers pull gimped versions of multiplatform titles out of their collective lower digestive tract? Now, I'm not intentionally supporting Sony, because the 360 has them (and Nintendo) beat for value, selection, and certainly online services, but they're not going anywhere anytime soon. Sure their title selection is crap but aside from in-house development I haven't seen any wildly successful Wii titles either.

For now, the 360's got the lead. In a few years the PS3 might catch up. (The Wii is an underpowered fad that won't keep up with technology; even its Japanese developers have said so.) But in the end? Who knows.

Graphics arent that much of a hassle for me. Just a normal Bravia will do

80GB = about 250 here. 40 goes as low as 125 USD Depends on what shop or the location of the shop. Or if you're a cheap bastard you can go straight to the warehouse and purchase it there for really really affordable price.
