Originally, I accused Swim the Swan of stealing from several flash artists, including bluestone, hans van harken, skyishi, and many more. He stole graphics from Halo related games and movies that were either done or work in progresses, for his flop game "Flash Halo".
Sadly, I did not have ANY to ENOUGH proof. But some new discoveries not only lead me to believe he stole them once again. But I found PROOF embedded WITHIN THE SWF!
Suspicions Arise:
When I first accused Swim of stealing from the person BlueStone, he said he never heard of him.
"Look you stupid ass, we are both using art from a copyrighted game, I have never heard of this shit or bluestone b4, but his game certainly does kind of not really a little maybe resemble my work."

At first I thought it was nothing, but then when I browse the NG Alpha for his Flash Halo game, look what I find:
"Who or what inspired you to begin your production?
Halo 2 was my biggest inspiration for this project. Another thing that inspired me was another Halo flash game currently in progress by a guy named bluestone. You can find out all about it here: 343gs.com"

But, no one believed me. So I gave up.
Recently, when I noticed he stole more things, I decided to take a peak into his .SWF to get a better look before I jump to conclusions. And lo and behold, the fool leaves THE ORIGINAL PICTURES he took from Hans Van Harken, Skyishi, and Bluestone to trace in his library (you can decompile it for proof.)
HERE ARE PICTURES OF THE LIBRARY, THE EXACT SCREENSHOT HE USED, YOU CAN SEE HIM LOGGED IN AS PROOF (in the first proof screen). AND A SIDE BY SIDE COMPARISON OF HIS MODEL AND THE ORIGINAL SCREENSHOT!:
