counter/timer

does anyone know how to do a counter or w/e its called. its like a timer. does anyone know how to make one? um mabe youl know if im talkign bout if you ever seen leekspin? where it says you have been spinning for ... yeh like that i mean can someone tell me the action script to ad?

Here's a tutorial on making an Easy Counter, not exactly sure if that's what you're looking for but you'd probably also have some luck digging through the AS: Main Listing if you want to look some more. The AS: Main is a great resource and has a ton of other tutorials if you ever need anything else.

yeh but i want it to count like 00:01, 00:02, 00:03

Well I did the work for you,

here's what you were looking for, but it was just a matter of scrolling down the AS: Main link I gave you a little bit. If you're going to request something at least put a little work into you're own search, or at least use the resources people give you. Hope it works for you.
