I have an Idea 4 a movie, maybe a Pico movie, I just want an artist to do the flash movie one to follow the script taht I make is that detailed and also Cel shading needed, must be included in movie info me send me picture of ur art or a mini flash movie and no noobs so noobs don't bother to comment u wil lag my computer!

@OP: Do you really believe in your nooby little heart that a talented Flash artist is going to think this is a good idea? Would you do work, hard work, for someone that does not intend to recompensate you at all? Someone who gives orders and makes you follow his set of objectives? Would you even look twice at that person? I'm going to bet your answer is no, possibly followed by "fucking way!"
It's lose-lose for the artist, who probably already has more projects in his or her mind then time to make them.
My advice; learn Flash yourself. Not only will you be able to make what you want but you'll have the satisfaction that you, yourself did something productive.
