Ok my question is if I am using a Flv program such as the one I am using now called Pivot StickAnimator how do I make it a SWF file. Because the program only allows me to make it a Flv, Gif, and Bitmap file.

So how to I convert it. Please help as want to post my creations on newgrounds!

You buy flash and make real animation :)

Or you could try to search for a Flv to swf converter.

Quick google search came up with this
Just search "flv to swf" in google.

Dont really think you should submit Pivot onto newgrounds 90% gets blammed and the other 10% gets spammed on here so...... personaly dont bother.
