Hello this is my first post, and I'm not sure if this is the right place to be, I am looking for a flexable animator on newground's, someone with good programing and 3D skill's for a upcoming project I hope to establish.. for those interested private message me ^^

The genre of the product is Sci-fi, haven't decided what to base it on though, perhaps a simple birds eye stratergy or something.. a little more complex heh, if your up for a challenge.. and obviously unpaid work because.. students don't earn to much money, holla, hope to hear from people

you want the flash forum, but don't expect a good response...

you want someone who's a flexible animator, good programmer, and good with 3-d?
Now tell me, if someone possessed all those qualities, why would they want to work for you with no pay? :)

Why are there so many posts asking for people to work for little- or-no pay? Especially when they ask for skills like these? Are you insane? Nobody's gonna work like that for free!

Well the skills are pretty basic to be honest, I have dabbled with 3D programing and what not just havent got any programming skill's its something I haven't mastered yet, but since like always newgrounds is no help I will have to do this project on my own, I don't have money to pay because of my financial situation the project Im working on I was hoping to be a bit of fun .. still.

and to be honest alot of people do work for free on newground's except those animators who are so skillful they get sponsors

Heh cheers for the feedbak afro ninja I love your work, I know it sounds farfetched but the skills I need are out of my touch and my community to be frank, newground's is the biggest collaboration of programmers, animators and well asshole's with too much free time, Payment, that maybe a problem, that requires an abundance of money to waste on someone for something I'm doing for fun and to get my concept into newground's

The fuck it ha's to do with not pronouncing apostrophe's like an idio't.

You dont seem to have the righ't idea about how collaboration happens. You have no plan, you say you cant do anything yourself, and you wan't someone with professional skill's in THREE field's.

It has to do with you learning how to SPELL. Also, I don't know if he animates because I don't come here anymore, but if he does, he is far from useless... Unlike you who seems to be.

Shut your stupid cock sucking mouth. And yes he is a fucking useless animator I have seen his shit, but thats not the point I have half of the skill's needed for the project if I didn't I wouldn't be asking useless pricks like you for help, I would be a hypocrite if I said if you have nothing nice to say don't say it all but seriously man, Why did you even click on this topic if you knew you where going to be about as much use as a chocolate fire guard, and I wont be lectured by dyslexic lower mortals like yourself

Look "Sir Caboos'e" they are s'aying that if you don't type properly and make your pos't's eas'y to read, nobody will care to help you.

But serious'ly, they were trying to help you, it may have been in a flippent way but you don't need to get all angry with them, jus't learn to use apos'trohpe's.

If i'm reading correctly, your looking for someone who does all the work, literally, while you think of some shitty idea for the game / movie and then claim all credit.

Depends if you look at it like a 14 year old r-tard, but no I'm looking for someone with one or two skill's, I fill in all the work prior, all the other person does is put it into programming language,
A) my ideas are better than the reasons behind your existence
B) I never plagiarize and its equal credit
C) you did not read correctly.

You don't, Punctuate after commas. Paraphrase what you said into good English please. Oh, by the way... He animates? WOOOOOOT!!! He did something for himself. Learn from him.

I would either produce something worth while than produce a stupid 10 second loop of a fish.
Perhaps you could learn from him to hypocrite, wheres your flashes.. your work? You hatred filled leach . Advice works on the basis of being in the situation yourself and empathizing with the person on a understanding level TO THEN state a flaw and how to correct, My flaw here is continuing this post with you. Feel free to point out my spelling mistake's, lower mortal.

Alright, this topic really didn't have a place here to begin with, and now it's just getting out of hand.

Here's the deal.. yes, newgrounds has a lot of talent in various areas, and I'm sure a lot of people that possess this talent have free time. But chances are they're using their free time to build their own ideas. Never quote your own ideas as the reason someone should work with you, because as the saying goes, they're a dime a dozen. The difference between an idea and a finished project is motivation, and I'm personally not motivated by much else than my own ideas, that's why I have a notebook full of them. Any idea will sound good in theory.

And if you want someone to work with you then you need to give them reason to... show them what you've done, examples of work, anything. But as it stands you haven't provided any, and there is no flash in your profile.

Until then, I suggest honing your own skills
