I also hated David Bowie, if it didn't sound like the Sex Pistols, I wasn't interested. They don't even sound aggressive to me anymore. In fact, I'm so-so with the Pistols. :S

"News of the World". That's the other Queen one she has. With the giant robot and all. Yeah, great art.
Man, this makes me wanna go through her albums and see what she's got. I know she has a lot of country crap, but she's got other stuff, like Phil Collins, Black Sabbath, Micheal Jackson, and BeeGees.

Of course, there is a reason I keep anyone between the ages of 8-14 away from my collections. They are basically the musically ignorant years.

if i could go back 10 years and tell myself all about the shitty music that i listen to now, my younger self would have probably told me off in a fit of angst ridden rage. then i would have grown up to be some douchy mcpopcollar listening to Dave Matthews Band.

If I did the same thing my younger self would more than likely go "Who" Hell even when I say my favourite bands to many people my age they go "Who?" but then I do have the reply to that of "Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend, John Entwistle and Keith Moon."

Go to garage sales and second-hand stores, they normally have nice piles going really cheap.

If you think that is much...
My dad has 6000+ or more vinyls.
Just a but too much, but hey.
My dad's got Billion Dollar Babies and School's Out by Alice Cooper with the covers (billion dollar bill and school desk with crap inside it) still intact. Nifty.
He's got a fridge full of vinyls that he keeps in The Shed of Doom, which means about 500 different artists.
Does anyone else have in their household The Ramones bootleg"At Your Birthday Party", or "Worthless Trash" by The Vacants?
Why are those in stacks? Store 'em vertical or they warp!

I only have 2 vinyl records, one is Frank Sinatra, and the other one os an old The Carpenters record
i dont even own a record player so that makes them useless

Why'd you bump a thread that's two years old?
But I got 18ft of vinyl.
What a shame, Mister Jensen.
I never asked for this, Mister Denton.

Damn it, I'm an idiot, I didn't check how old this thread was. Sigh, I miss the CD topic.
