So in whatever timezone you are inside of, the collision should have occurred at a whole hour(ie XX:00 PM/AM). For me it should have already happened.

I remember about 4 years back there was a Sci-Fi on a documentary channel where they act out various ways that the world can end. There was one where a meteor strikes the Earth, there was one where a deadly Virus escapes from a lab, there was one where a nuclear war starts and there was, of-course, an experiment similar to this one where everything was said to be safe but a black hole appears and sucks up the Earth.

I know that this isn't very probable as they've stated at least 100 times that the chance of a black hole energizing is 1 in 50 million but eh, there's still that 1 in 50 million chance.
