The sight of TurkeyOnAStick waving his fist in the air as I come away from him kept haunting me, not giving me a single moment of relief. Thus, Here's a brief explanation on how I make my lines.

First, I import my scan to CorelDRAW and, basically, I start tracing over it. I lock the sketch and get to work.

1) As you can see (No, you can't 'cause the icon doesn't show in the caption. WTF?!), I use the pen tool to make a 2-side polygon (It may look like a simple line... but it's not!).

2) In order to twist the lines, I must right-click the on the line and change it to "curve".

3) Here I'm just clicking and holding the mouse button and dragging the curve to make it look as I want to (More or less).

4) A little run-of-the-mill trick: Now I create two nodes and change'em to Asymmetrical.

"What's this doing in the "Anime" Thread?", I'm hearing? Just wait a bit more...

5) I delete the node on the upper left and right-click into the curve to make it "straight"...(sounds odd.)

6) There it is. I use this to "cut" objects because I have more control than any tool.

7) See those thingies that come out from the nodes? I don't know how are they called in english. Hence, I'll call them "thingies" (As in "girl thingies". You know, that stuff girls have under the clothes... Ahem. Sorry for digressing...). I usually spent a lot of time tweaking the curves with these. A lot.

8) Well, satisfied. The red object was not in the pencil sketch. I often add and change things from the original draft.

Well, now it really looks like a shoe tip. BMK digs on these. ;]

Ok, ok, people; just drop those torches down... You'll see the results in a while... hold on a bit more.

Sweet drawings! and did you use a guide to draw goku from dragonball gt? the art style seems really perfect except for the pencil part, but thats amazing. dahlia (i forgot ur name again) you may think that that your drawing may suck... but its way better than all of mine TT____TT im sad agian. and yay chibis!... damn you FO 3 and ZOE, and those danged consuls, your taking away my life, AGAIN!
