Is your sis a big Naruto fan or something? Why is she wearing that headband? Why does she have (probably Japanese) calligraphy under her left eye?

Your picture isn't very good. The total absence of chin is incredibly distracting as is the anatomy of the face, head and neck. Ears are another major issue. You should practice basic facial structure before you start doing portraits.

"Me, by Ginny." Isn't that drawing yourself? Wait, no, don't answer that. I am sure you got a useless headband and such huge eyes.

It's not the worst but certainly not the best pic. Try drawing regular (not manga) first and get the basics of drawing faces. Her ears are attached to her hair, and (though in manga all genders look the same) she looks extremely manly. You got a round face and.. what the hell? Not even a chin?

Learn to draw first, before you start manga.

It looks like you did a hit or miss with your lines. Try sketching out what you want to draw first, then clean it up with darker lines. Don't just draw a line and go with it, the lines end up shaky that way and disproportionate.

mangas probably the worst style to start drawing with as the anatomy is non exstent
so um learn so anatomy and good luck
