Well that is the front page of NG Log. But I guess you mean the page that tells only your stats, right? With the graphs and such? Just log in by filling in your name in that yellow bar and press the "jack in" button.

2 Ways
Either:
1) Log In (or jack in) and deposit stats, then, if you scroll down on the front page of NG log (the link by bluehippo was the front page), in the last 5 logs section, your stats should be there. If you want to be UOTD, i guess you have to wait since it should be random
