Sure - unless you will be judging... There's no reason that creating the banner should prohibit you from entering.

If you are competing then good luck! - If you will also be judging, you can still enter a track to see how you place but you won't take a prize. Everyone below you will be bumped up for prize purposes, that way there won't be any reason for anyone to complain that the contest is rigged...

I will be judging just to let people know, and I personally will immediately deduct 10% of total points awarded to the entry if it is an old one. These contests are not supposed to be "Look at this song I made back when Hitler was still around! It deserves money!" these contests are about making something new, to test your mettle against other artists.

I will personally make it my mission to ensure that old entries do not win, I will of course be encouraging all other judges to follow suite. With that said, I will be entering the ambient arena soon! Gotta finish the piece first :D!

yes, but only to see how we place. If a judge say gets third place, then everybody below him/her *who are we kidding, him*, will be boosted one rank spot.
