Well, I have recently started college and have been trying to make ends meet financially and time concerned.

I could only use what was available to me currently and needed to get it done before my next course started, which is tomorrow. I kept it short and sweet......I know how PsychoGoldfish gets when they get too long.

great song, but i personally wouldnt really count that as ambient tbh... i imagine there will be some songs that are a little "out of genre" that gets alot worse scores due to this.

You know, since we're allowed to post old stuff, paragonX9 could just post a couple from way back when and clean us all out of the DnB section.

Also, I know I said I'd have something awesome, but I doubt I could match cornandbeans quality... which makes me think that I don't have a huge chance at succeeding at this comp...

I doubt PX9 would win at DnB. He may be respected by many NGers, but his stuff doesn't really fit snugly into the drum and bass genre. More of breaktrance, and even his drum and bass songs aren't really like a devil... more like something to play Stepmania to =\

In other news, I'm working on something. I should have it done either tonight or tomorrow, or sometime. This is not what Jala and Sp1r1t have heard, though. This is something else, drum and bass.

Hmm, yeah I was talking with someone about that today, but it all comes down to the definition of DnB, there'll probably be a whole bunch of submissions that are DnB just because that's what they're closely associated to.

But anyways, for my first Ambient track, I'm going for a really out there, sound... so, should be interesting!

I think I might be an aural spectator in this competition, unless you guys think I should enter. I just don't have the time to create completely new tracks for this competition since I am away from home a lot lately because I believe it to only be appropriate to submit new material specifically for this contest. I just need to hear it from a few people as to why I should enter this competition with old work.

This honestly looks like the idea I had originated for Music/Loop Arena Battles, but since this has been around since April of 2005, I'll just say that I never noticed this before...it's a completely kick-ass concept!!!

Of course it has to be two of the genres that I'm not good with.
