You're a real joker, aren't you? I'm gonna go easy on you because this is you second post, but go make this topic in the Flash Forum. They'll give you advice on lip-synching and animation. We only give advice on how to improve a picture, for example: shading, proportions et cetera...

A rather disgusting-looking git that should have been disposed of ages ago.
