It would be better if it looked at how many times you'd played every song from the album to see how many times you've listened to the actual album in full, as opposed to how many times you've listened to a song from that album.

That requires engineering and effort, silly. This is the human race we are talking about here.

The application Sony's Fantasy Festival would like permission to access your Last.fm account. You should only give access to your Last.fm account to third parties you trust.

Last.fm apps? ohhh man shit is getting crazy

Charts. Little late, that's because I lost my iPod this weekend, and I was busy at work a lot and sick and tired so I wouldn't have listened to it much anyways.

Yeah, I see a lot of members still listen to last.fm but don't post here, and that doesn't bother me. Also, bump.

Well, I've never posted a weekly chart. So, here's my first one. I've listened to a lot of different artists this week, so none of them are particularly high on my list. So, what does everyone think of my musical taste?

Not to shoot you down or anything, but honestly, not one band I would even say is decent is on that list in my opinion. Also, charts are for the most part posted on Sundays, but being early is never a bad thing per say.

Not a problem. We all have different musical tastes - you probably like different bands to other members here and so on.

Shit, it's tagged wrong. Thanks for catching that. Yeah, I just got into them after my friend recommended them to me, and I'm always open to rap suggestions, I find them quite enjoyable.

I try to keep an open mind. The rap I'm listening to isn't Fiddy Cent and Tee Eye and gay shit like that, mind you. I still love my metals and my shreddings.

Maybe I can recommend some hip-hop groups I like? P.O.S. is kinda hip-hop mixed with punk rock (although this song is rrreal purrrty). Immortal Technique is all gangsta and shit, yo, but he can spit some intelligent rhymes. dälek is super crazy shit, man, last.fm tags it as "hip-hop, experimental, noise, underground hip-hop, industrial" if that gives you an idea of the crazyness.

I understand. The only rap I occasionally listen to is Immortal Technique. I just love the technicality and speed he raps at. It's basically how a Necrophagist solo would sound like through the vocal cords of a black guy.

I've been killing myself trying to find what I would call "ska-metal", and have found no success. Anyone willing to help?

Skindred, maybe?

They're horrendously bad, though. Saw them live supporting Flogging Molly. Once of the worst things I've ever seen.

Anyone know of any music that includes Bagpipes? I'm looking for some slower-based stuff ( not like extreme irish dancing or something ), something slow, emotional and relaxing.

Any help would be awesome :)

the closest i've ever found is leftöver crack. they're skacore, but they have some black/death/grindcore influences.

Yeah, they're a fucking abortion, just awful. A Jamaican dude should never try guttural vocals, and the band proves it. It also proves ska and metal probably will never work together, unless Streetlight Manifesto or Catch 22 get heavier all of a sudden.

Honestly, I laughed like a motherfucker. Maybe try Ska-punk, like the Flatliners, if you want heavier ska. :P

And my fail Last.fm account

Honestly, I look at this, and realize that my old, horrible taste in music completley rapes it. D:

Look towards my more recently played tracks if you waant to see what I like, or even better, just ask me.

This looks froody.
