I have Prom tonight. I'm excited because I get to wear a tux, the nice food, and I'll get to hang out with my girlfriend past curfew, but the music is really gonna suck, and I doubt I can take my iPod with me.

Obviously. I noticed the milestone was very close, so I thought I'd go on a Maiden marathon and make sure The Number of the Beast would be my 66,666th play.

Very clever. Even before the song, I thought "SIX SIX SIX, THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST" in my head

Fuh-hurd place.
So yeah, I've got a big music crush on Laura Marling. Been listening to her quite a lot just over the past few days, don't know what spurred it on but now I can't stop.
also she's cute too

last.fm didn't scrobble my ipod. I wanted it to scrobble the last four weeks I've been listening to it for, and instead it tried to scrobble Bloc Party - This Modern Love 500 times. Luckily it only accepted 30 of those but still wut.
Shitty shit.

I can't work out iPod scrobbles. Never been able to get them to work through the last.fm client. Used to work though iScrobbler, but I don't have that installed any more.

They normally work fine for me just plugging it into iTunes and letting it run its course and last.fm pops up and says "scrobble this shit"...... idk why it didn't work this time.

Do you have all this junk enabled and the iPod associated with your username? LastFM is a stubborn little thing, I remember mine refused to scrobble my iPod for ages, but suddenly again it decided to and has been dandy ever since.

No, mine just looks like your middle one, with no username. How do you associate it with an account?

I love listening to this music all the time during this time of year. Certain songs, bands, and albums bring me back to some great memories. Everything sounds better in the spring and summer in my opinion. Don't be surprised if I cycle a bunch of records, artists, and tunes over and over again. Ahh, sweet sweet nostalgia.

What would you recommend to an Eno virgin like myself? I've already got Another Green World and have listened to his collaboration with Bowie in the 'Berlin' trilogy.
