in most websites, the admins get email address... so do the mods... so you will need to become a mod to get a newgrounds email address...

With an e-mail client such as MS Outlook, Apple's Mail program or Mozilla Thunderbird. I've got my own e-mail in this way (named after my surname) but never really use it.

The might use an email client but they might also have a web based one too, though I don't see why it really matters how they look at their emails.
