You know how many people were complaining about 07ers a few months back? Well, every complaint about 07ers is also a complaint about the L7C, since I'm pretty sure all of them are relatively new here, just as I am. And I haven't seen yoshi77777 their leader making any posts that others don't also make from time to time. But it's true, the KK don't spam or troll the Forums like they do the Portal. Unfortunately, the Portal is the focus of most NGers (you don't get levels or ranks on the BBS!), so their spam is placed exactly where it can annoy the most people, and it won't get them banned or deleted.

And to 36holla, I will fight now and forever, for the protection and salvation of the place that saved me. It is my duty to NG, since NG rescued me from a pro wrestling addiction, to do whatever I can for NG. In fact, the way I see it, and from what I know of the history of the Clock Crew and the Star Syndicate and their respective histories, and of the hate that existed at one point for both of them (and possibly still does for the Star Syndicate, despite the humor and success of the Dailytoons), what we're doing here is part of a Newgrounds tradition of hating spam groups until they either improve or die out.

Oh they don't necesarilly Spam the forums, but I have seen way to many of their Flashes on the Flash Portal that are just flying dicks and flashing lights with really loud noises. And what is really annoying is that it loads about 9 MB. 0_0

In case you didn't know, it's because they usually animate one thing and copy and paste it throughout their entire timeline of their movie. Possibly until the flash limit. That's why, in some movies, it's the same thing happening over and over for about eight minutes if you watch it through. That's how it ends up with around 9 MB.

Some times, it only takes them less than a half hour to animate the movie, and three hours of copying and pasting. They sure do have a lot of time on their hands.

They do it to be annoying. I used to submit Flash that ran at 120 fps and was only 2 frame, one solid red, the other solid yellow. The reviews were hilarious. And if it gets through who cares? Free protection points I say.

If the KK grows up, stops spamming, and becomes a beloved and vibrant part of Newgrounds and of the Portal, we do not lose, we win, because what we all want is not the breakup of the KK, what we want is not the deaths of all KK members, no! We only wish to see the spam stopped. We only wanted the restoration of the proper function of the blam/protect system.

And I admit, one thread, one man, alone cannot stop the KK, cannot blam any and all spam that they submit to the Portal. Uh... look, we aren't trying to stop the KK, in fact they have been stopped before by Tom deleting over 100+ of their subbmissions. The purpose of this thread is for discussion. You need to read other peoples comments. Oh and of course everything we are doing is a complete waste of time, that is the purpose of the internet. =P

Why try to fight the KK? Apparently nobody saw what I said at the end of page 6.

The main point is, if we all got everyone to vote fairly on every submission. It can only do so much good. For the KK, they'll eventually try to put some real effort in one of their flashes. When that day comes, people against the KK will blam without watching. If they watched and thought it deserved a two, maybe a three, that would up the score and probably enforce them to put effort in all their submissions. If the score stayed similar to all the others, they'll go back to their spamming ways.

I'm serious, just think about it. Use your imagination of what will go in the minds of spammers when they see their greatest creation (in a good way) be way better than their others. I'm not saying it will work, I'm saying it's a great tactic.

Hell, if that's not good enough, voting fairly is still a non-costly way of making everything have the score it deserves. If it doesn't stop the spamming it can still do good.

OBJECTION, YOUR POST IS INCORRECT. the main focus of newgrounds, is indeed, the flash portal for non-users. HOWEVER, for the people with accounts, the main focus, and the majority of regular users is the BBS, or their news-posts etc. Users DO use NG for movies and games, but the regulars use it for the BBS. And the portal for stat-regulars, is for B/P points.

The flash portal, only a MINORITY of the overall users watch the KK submissions, as the statistics section shows, , the most viewed submissions, are games,and x-rated stuff, and one or two flash. and thats pretty similar across the board with the other statistics/

no, they loop it, with a simple "gotoAndPlay(1)" function in their last frame, and it repeats (you can tell in the name), rather then copying and pasting

This thread is still alive? wow I am shocked to the core. From what I read in this thread it seems a lot of you don't like the KK well there is a solution. Just ignore them and if you see a KK flash vote the way you feel (wheather it is to blam for most of you) then move on. Don't leave bad reviews as it only give the KK what they want as well as make you a target for the many whistle point hungry masses on NG as it is the same with mostly all these flash groups.

Another problem I see is that you think that NG needs 'saving' What the hell are you talking about? There is no actual conflict. If you really want to do something helpful for Newgrounds, you can do almost anything on the site OTHER THAN bitching about the KK. Make a flash, do a few reviews, post on the BBS, etc. Just using the sites various functions is enough. We don't need more people needlessly complaining about spam crews when nothing will come of it.

Yes you are part of a 'tradition' Unfortunately for you, that tradition is made up of idiots who make threads on General titled 'I HATE THE KITTY KREW WAH!' And the same thing happens everytime. People call that person an idiot for drawing more attention to the KK than is needed, and a mod locks the topic saying the same thing. So congratulations. Of course most of our submissions are badly animated spam; but that doesn't mean that we are bad animators and horrible artist...
I think I could say without any doubts that the KK is the most underrated (spam)group on this site.
Why? Because almost all of us just don't show the balls they have!
How artistic and creative most of the KK members actually are can only be discovered by living, laughing and, well, spamming with them.
The sad truth is that most of you guys just don't have any idea and get provoked too easily...

It's true; we flood the portal with unoriginal crap no one wants to see sometimes and we also can be annoying as hell. Also we should make some more quality flashes (since we actually are able to to it), but that won't be possible if at least half of the people who watch a kk submission blam it without even watching it or balm it though it actuallycontained quality and effort.
Try to show some more fairness and we will try to show some more quality and politeness!

My end-thesis: The KK is a great group!

Lol, I highly doubt that was the reason it passed. But the main reason the Clock crew is still around is because of their unique ideas and drawings style. Hence the clock for face. And some of their 'films" are annoying yes, but they have gotten many submissions on the front page. Like Rose is Rose. (I think that's the title, but I am not sure of it.)

Sorry about quadtriple posting and everything lol, but i see a lot I need to respond to. The KK doesn't deserve to be banned from NG. Tom did ban many of the members that posted random porn and things, but some actually make some pretty decent stuff. I can't look up an example right now, bu there are some earlier on in the forum. though, a lot of the KK are very annoying, that I agree with.
