A way to tell if somebody has been on Newgrounds the longest is sign up date. That's the only reason you can see them while in the forums. I don't do my voting anymore because...well I don't know. But all animators always have some stopping point to their levels, and from there they hardly give it any thought.

Now that I think about it, I probably should get to level 14. I don't trust the swithblade-type thing, or whatever that is.

A scythe? You can tell by the bolt at the top of it that it's very small, where a scythe is almost as long as an adult body. And the blades on scythes are perfectly curved, where this thing looks like it was meant for skinning animals.
