He's right, i feel many crews like the Shades gang, Lucky 7 Crew are real crews due to the fact we do not spam. We aren't the best at animation, most of our members from the GWC are people who joined in 07 or 08. I feel the old clockcrew was spam due to what i saw from SBC.

But i feel all crews should have the ability to start with one spam, or test flash.

Take example of all the five "collection crews":

B (2001)- CC's First Flash
SBL's Triumph (2003)- LL's First Flash
GG-Angry (2005)- GG's First Flash
Urkle Collection (2004)- SS's First Flash
N00Bkebob 01(2005)- NN's First Flash

You see what i mean? People think a crew is a piece of shit if it's first flash is spammy.

Hey, you'll get better. I mean, OrangeClock made low-quality stuff like strawberry clock rpg 2 (which got Turd) in 2001, and by the end of 2002 had two Daily Features under his belt.

One spam flash? Then what's with the continuing emphasis on spam in the KK? Or the huge amount the SS once submitted long ago, before they reformed and improved? They can make quite a few low-quality Flashes, I'm OK with that, the real problem is when groups make little or no effort to improve their work.

Well to get better, all you need is practice with your skills and some well planned idea going. And when I say practice, I don't mean drawing things and moving them across the screen (although that still would help). Make some small cartoon or something while practicing techniques as well as learning new ones.

When I submitted my first movie, people told me I needed work on animation and art. I didn't think it was that bad, but I knew I should practice. I started on two movies while working on my skills. Both were'nt good as an entertaining movie, but since my intentions were to practice in the first place. There are no regrets.

I actually have a decent idea for a movie that's almost a minute long so far. I stuck in a lot of funny things with the plans for the movie and got to work.

If you want to be a great group, not only have some great flashes, but make sure your stuff is funny and isn't annoying.

Note how the whole point was that you must practice. You know, practice flash? That last statement was a suggestion for your whole group.

Lol, naw, I mean that many crews have been encouraged to be started to not be like Spam crews. The garbage whistle crew doesn't try to have spam, but some of it is... LOL. Ehh, I like the club though, people like my music, and I have helped make some Flashes.

You know, honestly, I never even heard of the Lucky 7 Crew and the Garbage Whistle Crew in the first place. They are so unpopular, I really don't even consider them crews, really...no offense. :-/

Many KK movies are indeed crap. In fact, far too many of them, and many people have noticed, hence the number of pages in this thread. But sometimes they do make good movies. The only remedy is if people stop the protect-point statwhoring and the crew politics, and vote fairly on every Flash movie they see.
