Face,Help

I'm am just starting to draw.
I made this in flash.
Can anyone give me tips on how to approve.
Besides "Practice Practice Practice"

it would be logic to look at a real face and draw, if it is your first time it doesn't have to be good, but u look at a face and get some ideo on where things should be
a easy helper is to make the face oval and draw horizontal and vertical lines on it,
vertical line to show in wich direction the face is looking at and the horizontal to help you place the eyes ears mouth etc but i only use it for eyes
after that is done with soft lines, you do rough work, pay atention to facial lines, and some other things u sualy find on a face (i meen the stuff u find on the skin-on the cheeks, above the eyes and on the chin)
but before that u should do the mouth eyes ears and nose, you can use the nose to separate the eyes, to measure how farr away they should be.

but u could do u'rself a favor and just look at a picture and draw (for a begining that is)

well, if ur gonna make a real head, u should make it more... headshaped, maybe try improving the eyes and stuff :P

Wow it's obvious you do need ALOT of tips.

Ok first you ..Actualy i cba to give them. Just look at someone's face and compare and you'll realise how royaly stupid that face looks in camparison.

You didn't even try to make it look like a real humans head.
It needs to be less round and proper skintone.
