I need a good toolbar-programme r!

OK,I want someone program a toolbar for firefox or IE that has a button with something like "Updates:x" in it.Each time this page changes(it's a multiplayer game server page) it adds +1 to "x".So when it changes for the first time,for example,it shows "Updates:1" and the next time "Updates:2" etc.
Also,the button must link to the page.Is that possible?

they don't put any spyware on your computer and you custom builts the toolbar your self only thing they really dose is code it for ya.but i'm sure you never be on the site be for you would in any thing about that now would ya
