First of all, correct me if I'm wrong. Is this possible or not?
Second, what could this mean for mankind? Overpopulation? Breakdown of social barriers?

I don't know if you are aware but sperm going into a vagina isn't what makes a baby. There is something called the OVARIES that releases EGGS that the SPERM actually FERTILIZE. Somebody with a sex change, unless you get your balls made into ovaries(which is, currently, impossible), actually gets rid of their balls or ovaries.
