How do you submit a video

I don't know how to submit a video. I agree that i am a noob but can someone please tell me.

I'm assuming that this is a "video" made in Adobe Flash.

First publish/export the file as a .swf. You can then submit it to the Portal here.

yeeah it was made in serif and i mean i dont know what to click on to submit it.........

The link is the big icon that says "Submit" on the Portal page. Or, you could try following the link I posted.

Newgrounds is a Flash site, don't expect to be able to submit things that aren't in .swf format... you can get a trial version of Flash here.

Right, due to the incompetence and low details and how helpful replies are... i will put a say...

to submit to Newgrounds, your file must be in a .swf format, and THREFORE ONLY .SWF. after you have learnt basics, if you have a problem, go to the FLASH FORUM and ask

to get flash and for tutorials, go here

also, to submit flash, there is a submit page, which can be found here
