newgrounds Coding mouse-hover

Ok, I am coding a new website and I need to figure out how to create this. I have seen different codes on hovers for images ans stuff, but nothing like ng. When you hover over any of the links in the portal it pop-ups the title, rating, icon, short description, views.....the thing is how is all that done....I AM NOT SAYING THE CODE WORK OF HOW TO PUNCH IN GAME VIEWS AND STUFF, I am asking how is that pop-up made, so I can add my own code work to show. But like the design and all of that popup is amazing. (its not really a popup but its a hover from the mouse. I hope someone can understand what I am trying to say.

Well, when I said I did do something like this, yes I have already used the resources on that site. But the real question is how did they do it like that. Its just so perfect and it has an amazing design.

Not sure what you mean. I'm pretty sure that script is has the exact same effect that the portal has, except it's a little less laggy. Are you talking about the graphics, or do you mean the code is cleaner or something? I can't see any difference between the two.
