Here we go.
His legs are too straight. I think his left leg in particular should bend out a little. His arms stick out a bit-- I think the left one should point more away from the viewer. Also, I'm aware its cartoony, but his feet are a bit big. They take away from the feel of the image. The shadow on the inside of his shirt is very dark-- it distracts from the rest of the picture, which is mostly light-colored.
Apart from that, I love the watery effect-- it looks very nice.
