mexicans aren't taking over.
1.mexicans have been immigrating in large numbers for a long time, and nobody ever even noticed.
2.immigration is what keeps america culturally diverse and interesting.
3.these people emigrate from mexico because their lives suck.i'm glad they come here,it saves relief funds the effort.
4.you don't need to learn spanish, you can get along fine with english.
5.there have always been ghettos, most were not self-induced.

So you think all illegal immigrant want to take over, why don't you look at why they come here illegal from their point of view before you start bitching at them.

The problem with mexican immigrants is that if you walk into one of their homes, you'll see a mexican flag in their living room. In the past, all immigrants brought their cultures but assimilated into American culture over a generation. Mexican Americans and Illegal mexican immigrants refuse to assimilate, and some at a nearby high school refuse to even learn english. This is a problem as no other mass imigration has done so. Try walking around in downtown Los Angeles only knowing english. You can't communicate at all. And for all you Euro-trash and midwestern losers, I experience this everyday so no textbook or wikipedia article on this subject that says otherwise is true.
Tolerance comes with tolerance of the intolerant. True tolerance doesn't exist.

Don't stereotype people. Most of the Mexican immigrants just want to do what's best for their children; give them the chance to learn English early at school, then send them to college where they can be respected members of society.
It's already too late for the adults.

Considering the entire Mexican language was all but eradicated in fire, rape, and disease by Spanish Conquistadors, it's really not a thorn in my ass when Juan deMarco speaks a southern dialect of Spanish.
Still leaving the fact and responsibility of the United States to fix the influx of anti-assimilation in society. Businesses cater to Mexicans because the goal is to make a profit. Profit has no allegiance. The United States has taken illegally and has forged them into the mainstay of our economy; that's exactly why they won't deport illegals en mass.
So the next time someone feels like bitching about illegals not speaking English, remember that you're letting the real culprits (business and responsive government) off easy.

Holy crap you really need to get your history straight. Oh yeah, I absolutely love it when assholes like you state that Americans invaded "Mexican" territory and they are just taking it back. Read closely, you don't want your small-ass brain to miss any of this. First of all, Texan Americans in the early 1800's moved into Mexican territory under their permission. The Mexican government, after some years, saw the Texans success and feared a rapid growth of their population that they felt would eventually completely expel them from the area. So, Mexico sent armies into the area to slaughter the Texan ranchers and restore the area to former Mexican "glory." Unfortunately, they didn't count on the American government's rapid help to the Texans, and the American army crushed the Mexican forces following the massacre at the Alamo. It was by the Mexicans pompous authority that we won almost all of the southwestern states we have today in the subsequent treaty. Don't think the Mexicans are following the same path as that either. That's just pure arrogance.

most of them "hopped the border" for, well what else ya want in America, MORE FREEDOM. It still IS illegal that they "hop the border". Also, the chicano (hispanic-american) civil rights movement was for their civil rights, back in the day. They were limited in the U.S. but not anymore. Now people seem to be taking back to that, stereotyping alot of Hispanics, and hopefully not limiting them again. and Hispanics are NOT taking over, persay. They just want freedom, but its becoming to unstable now, with the illegal immigration.

What the US did to the mexican countries, taking them by hook or by crook is a fine argument except in that no one in the united states today is responsible for what happened, Nor are any of the hispanics today entering the country to avenge themselfs ot the bad things brought on THEM by US. Mexico loss of land isn't the only reason why it's a 3rd world nation, nor is it the largest reason.
That kind of logic excuses things like the spanish reconquista and the 100 years war. You can punch somone in response to them punching you, but that will only bring YOU temporary satisfaction that comes to an end once the return punch turns into a melee. I think that's Ghandi's logic, which works fairly well on a person to person basis, but still holds true for 2 nations that don't completely despise eachother.
I'm sorry but we don't do 'Historical revenge' in the united states, we arn't going to start enslaving white people nor are we doing to put US citizens on Reservations nor are we going to Peform witch hunts on men, these historical disasters serve as learning tools to prevent idiotic mistakes, not ways to punish poeple who had no control over them in the future. I'm not going to take the fire for something my great great grandfather did.

My father 'hopped the border' way back in the day for a chance to make something of himself. Now so many ought years later he has married my mother, and I'm here. If you walk into our living room you won't find a Mexican flag, but you WILL however find an American flag hanging on our front porch. My dad speaks english as his primary language now. He also uses US Paper money to pay our Bills. Don't automatically assume all mexicans are alike because the ones on the news make the rest look bad.

Oh, a writer, nevermind. It's not an issue you would have to deal with that much ANYWAY.
The United States has taken illegally and has forged them into the mainstay of our economy; that's exactly why they won't deport illegals en mass.
You know, I keep hearing this oft-spoken bit of liberal logic that said Mexican Immigrants are "the backbone of our economy." Come to think about it, if I didn't go and research it for myself and just take them at their word, I'd probably believe them. But here's the thing; there's an estimated 30 million of illegal immigrants in this country performing largerly low-pay blue collar seasonal work for a few months out of the year, out of an estimated total population U.S. of 302,709,000, in a post industrialized service sector economy.
I want somebody to explain to me how less than 10% of the population is the driving force behind this great economy of ours, and how we would be invariably CRIPPLED without them when they cost our government billions in lost tax revenue, and that's not even mentioning the money that gets sucked out of our economy from being "sent home to family ". If somebody can't put aside the partisan rhetoric long enough to give me an honest, logical answer, then I don't want to hear it.
So the next time someone feels like bitching about illegals not speaking English, remember that you're letting the real culprits (business and responsive government) off easy.

I've heard us Canadians called 'Sweater backs' because we go south in the winter (you know its cold up here & we all wear sweaters)
Also I know for a fact my grandmother & grandfather on my mom's side came to Canada in the early 1920's, they were just married.
So calling us 'fruit backs' wouldn't be entirely correct :-p

Oh, a writer, nevermind. It's not an issue you would have to deal with that much ANYWAY.
Right, I'm going to overlook the fact that you assumed I actually updated that information in the six years since I've had the Newgrounds Account, Proteas. Though to be fair it does sync up with your natural talent to pull one source of information and cite it as irrefutable fact.
The United States has taken illegally and has forged them into the mainstay of our economy; that's exactly why they won't deport illegals en mass. You know, I keep hearing this oft-spoken bit of liberal logic that said Mexican Immigrants are "the backbone of our economy."
I never said that, so I don't know why you're bringing it up. Rather than pulling an argument out of thin air that I never stated, roll the dice and try again on what I actually said. I said illegal immigration has been forged into the mainstay of our economy. It hurts business because it undercuts legal workers, and it hurts immigrants because it exploits them. But it exists on a large level. So just "kickin' 'em all out like pappy would" would damage the economy because you're not only dealing with numbers, you're dealing with political backlash. I know the thought might elude you, but illegal immigrants almost always have legal relatives here in the states.
"He don't know me very well, do he?" - Tweety Bird.

While quoting your political knowledge from a comedian and a cartoon character "impressive", you still didn't address the language barrier and the effect big-business has on enabling them to not assimilate into society. Nailing bankers to the cross would probably be immensly satisfying with or without the immigration issue. But the guys building and taking the cross down are probably still going to be illegal, and non-english speaking.

No it isn't.
Mexico has more regional environments than the US; thusly, it has several kinds of foods reflecting its environment.
You can even prepare more than 100 types of salsas depending which chili a region prefers.
This diversity is similar to Italy's foods, which are many and varied depending who's cooking it, where he or she is from, and other factor like that. Like Italy's states, Mexican states have their own "national dish" (not "national" but I can't find a better word).
Go to Guerrero, you may ether get a beef or salt-water fish. Depending how close you are by the ocean.
Jalisco don't particularly use chilis, but go to Mexico City, they go wild over chili, thus lending the nickname "Chilangos" to the people of that city.
The only reason you may think it' similar is because you're not getting authentic food. Tacos, burritos, and all that stuff is FINGERFOODS (but dishes in the US).
It's like this: If you eat only Chef Boyardee for all your life, you may conclude Italian food is only tomato and soggy pasta. Which is an ignorant way of thought.
You gotta look things in a bigger context.

Which is why we need a wall along the boarder of Mexico, and just to be fare Canada. With elite snipers with rifles that can shot a man a mile away. An electrical chain fence would also due.
