That used to come with Ramen noodles... Or is the US just too worried about it? Because in Ukraine it came with a packet full of some oily fat that made Ramen taste better.

And yes it's some vegetable oil or something. I remember you needing scissors to open them... Anyway, most of the time I eat them dry with the seasoning :)
