I think one could pull it off if they were motivated enough. I think it's possible if you reach one of your arms all the way around the back of your head, grab onto your chin, and twist your head as far to the side as possible. Then you would have to take your free hand and reach it out forward with your palm facing back towards your head, Finally you would have to quickly propel the butt of your palm into your cheek as close to the chin as you possibly can. I don't know if it would be enough to kill you, but I think you could get satisfactorily paralyzed.

If anyone could get a video of themselves doing this on Youtube that would be great.
