There's nothing wrong with emo music, all emo means is that it has emotions, and just beacause people want to listen to bands that show emotion, and aren't mindless robots, there's nothing wrong with that. From what I hear, emo clothing isn't that bad, what's wrong with baggy jeans and band t-shirts? But Self harm is wrong, but not evil since it doesn't harm anyone else. But it's still wrong. And not all emos slit their wrists.
Finally my chemical romance are not emo , frontman Gerald Way said that emo music is "a pile of trash".
I think people are unfair on emos, there's plenty of worse people like black 'gangstas' but no-one makes fun of them.

Actually, it's true that emos are misunderstood, just to crave attention. But from what I've witnessed in Emogotchi, it simply needs well-acquired happiness and self-esteem.

I don't see what's so wrong about emos.
They are not always depressed, and not all of them cut themselves.
They are people who have just got onto a bad start in life.
No-one cares for them because you're too selfish, and so they're always gonna be depressed.
If you talk to an emo or a person that looks depressed, they are nice people.
Oh, and they are individual, unlike the rest of the people out there, and they are actually depressed, and not just looking for attention.

You might have a couple of points there. It's hard for us to live in a "me-first attitude" civilization, where it involves people failing to meet expectations and that others are unable to shake off certain personal difficulties, despite certain conditions. At least we are adapting in such a world in order to avoid getting into trouble.

ffs not all emos cut themselves, in fact alot of them dont, emos aren't always depressed, they rarely are alot of the time theyre happy, with smiles and shit. yea i admit emo lads need to sort themselves out i mean what sort of lad wears jeans that are cutting the circulation off to your balls, thats just gay. You do get emos that think they have to be depressed and cut their wrists to be emo, but theyre just gay, lol.
