Wrong background in avatar

I have uploaded a profile picture with the same background color as newgrounds background. However the picture in my profile is shown with a white background. It is the same picture as below ( I don't know if the background is shown white when I'm writing this). Anybody got a solution for this?

The picture on your profile also has a transparent background. The problem may be non-existent for anyone but yourself.
I'm not entirely sure as to why your computer (I'm assuming it's your computer that is causing the problem) would not allow transparency.

You can't get transparant .jpgs
It seems to be working fine for me to, I right click and view image, shows as a black background, maybe you could provide a sceenshot of what you're seeing.

It is a jpg. The pic is made with Xara XS and I have chosen the newgrounds background color as my background. Anyone using Flash or another advanced painting program should now what I mean. Her is the version with white background. If it is white here it is not caused by a transparent background.

Well, the one on your userpage seems fine. It just looks the same gray-green-black as the Newgrounds background.

Perhabs a minor problem with your computer. Sometimes, although very rare, it does mess up receiving the picture completly.
Just use ctrl+ f5 as it clears your cache. This mostly fixes problems like these.
