Seriously, carry a sketchbook around with you or something, these lined paper pencil sketches are giving me erectile dysfunction.

Anyway, the piece looks decent, I like Jack sticking his head in there...

lol yeah i never did like lined paper when it came to drawings. funny thing is, i do have a sketchbook, but i gave up on drawing in it because i'm usually too busy with work to even look at the damn thing. still, i'll post what little i did manage to draw in it another time. anyway thanks for your input

here's a zombie drawing i did last year for kicks that i did on the back of an assignment on....Shakespeare's The Tragedy of Julius Caesar. like said, did it for kicks because the "walking dead" are mentioned in there. i immediately thought "ZOMBIES" and thus my infamous and infectious zombie trend spread and became the all-around shotgun-lovin' hunter of zombies and other undead things lol.

Dunno why, but the guy looks so perfect. How did you manage that?!? Although a little generic of a character, it's good!

lol i honestly don't know how i adjust and learn myself, although i do learn with every drawing i do. i usually draw with the mannequin outline, fix it up as best i can, then add clothes, accessories, and other things. i still have to work on how to get shadowing down, and i would also like to learn how to effectively use colors. i'm quite comfortable with pencil sketches, but i feel that if i learn to trust myself with colors and be able to color something up without ruining it, then i would be a lot more comfortable with myself.
