in this case alice is not inciting, counseling, advising, urging, or commanding another to commit a crime, just innocently listing links. my opinion in this case.

Thank God no one has linked to the best one of them all. I would cry if it got shut down.
TV-Links was always good for finding anime though. I always found old tv shows like Are You Afraid of the Dark and Goosebumps on it. They're trying to shut down all my childhood memories :(
