30ish minutes of work so far.

Fresh blood is very thin and gravity is totally vertical. The way the blood is flowing and dripping is just wrong. =\

It's an interesting picture, but the thing with the blood is totally throwing me off.

The blood could be darker, and can be made to look better. The spine seems too fat, and out of place, and looks more like a pedestal than anything. They eyes could be fixed and the gash in the head could show possible remains of a shattered skull, and along the face, smaller streams of blood. The dots to the left of the face seem out of place as well. The nose might be too big. Other than that it is a start, i guess.

maybe if you figured out a way to make it seem like the head was in motion, the direction of blood flow would seem more natural.
