Detail advice please.

I think it can stand on its own, being simple and all, but what do you guys think? Oh and another question, does a lot of detail enhance a pictures quality?

looks great. the shading looks good and most of the proportions are good too. the mouth and ears kind of look weird though.

if you're working on flash, try to make it simple, but still have some detail to it. (if you're not planning to make a flash movie/game, then you can use more detail) if your working in say, illustrator or photoshop, you should have more detail.
