Unbanning a banned user.

A mod can do that. But you'll need to have been unfairly banned. But asking if you're banned or begging probably wont work. Just pm the mod if you believe you were banned unfairly. Although they probably get a lot of those and wont want one if you were fairly banned.

As far as a i know its currently non-operational. When it does become operational you can find it here [ i believe]. My account > manage posts > block list tab.

no, hes talking about a news post ban-

a mod has certain powers that are limited to certain areas but aren't restricted in those areas

A FORUM MOD can ban you on the BBS, delete posts, delete topics and lock topics

A REVIEW MOD can ban you from reviewing either permanently or temporarily, they can also delete reviews (audio and flash now)

AN AUDIO MOD can ban you from submitting in the Audio forum can allow people to submit in the audio forum when they first submit called the approval process

A ICON MOD can choose icons for an already made flash (one where the author hasnt made one)

AN ADMIN can do whatever they like everything the mods can do without a reason (though it has never happened that they have not given reasons) this includes news posts and other stuff not covered by mods (eg. flash portal)

If you are interested in who are the mods (BBS/AUDIO/REVIEW/ICON), you can see it in my news post (i aint pasting it here)

So, you are within theory a mod to your own news post...

I cant unban anyone right now... I think its a re-design bug because it just goes to the top of the page...

It's just what Stamper made for the redesign to showcase. It's not functional at this moment.
