the circumstances: you're just an average guy in the street. You want your voice to resonate for blocks. You've got some money. What do you do? I'm not trying to ask some mystifying question. I'm actually wondering here. You could go buy a megaphone or perhaps tap into some radio wave...idk. But it needs to be even louder that that. And it needs to be done quick. Does anybody have any ideas? And no, I'm not thinking of doing this. This is all hypothetical.
