Being a fellow 13 year old, I don't know too much about art, but I may be able to give some advice.

You should add small triangular curves to the ends of the eyes, circled in red on my picture. Also thinning it down would be good.

well for one thing paint will take you a long time to be able to do anything decent with, though I have been able to make some pretty good pictures with it, maybe you could convince your dad to let you download gimp, theres no risk at all in downloading it as long as you download it from their site and not some strange mirror site. secondly the eyes need to be much more triangular at the ends as someone else said. and third the veins in the eyes look a little awkward, you might want to either make them smaller or just erase them. lastly you should try using the circle tool to make the shape of the pupils, it will look a lot better that way, and you could even use it along with some erasing and more lines to make the outline of the eye. lol sorry bout the long post. first post on here ever for me :D cuz i got banned from Playstation Underground for saying :| lol so i joined here. so yeah, hope this helped

if you're using paint, use the line tool. it's much neater with it.

Okay, you must have missed the rule about MS Paint not being posted here unless it's really excellent or funny, your eye picture is neither. I don't care if MS Paint is all you have, and if you're really desperate to post, post it in the MS Paint thread.
