EastWest Quantum Leap Symphonic Choirs is the best, but it's $1000, so start working harder if you want to get it.

If you can use soundfonts, Papelmedia has a somewhat-decent choir soundfont. Just Google it nd you should be able to find it.

I'm not too sure what you mean by voice synths, like Choirs? or what? Nexus has a good amount of voicey synths, but it's around $500, Also, yeah Eastwest has very good choirs and voices, but at a extremly expensive price

Sweet Anne is a VST based around a singer's voice. You can get it to say pretty much whatever you want - but it'll sound quite computerized.
