I think my mouse is dying...

A couple weeks ago, my mouse suddenly started to turn off at random times, and I wouldn't know how long it would turn back on.

It's a wired mouse, so the other option would be a bad connection.

But if that's the case, why did it take a month to start? And I had the mouse for three years without problem.

This is preventing me from playing the UT3 demo online, since I will probably get killed if my mouse turns off, which is usually at the worst of times.

New mouse.
New computer.
New mouse and computer.
Bash mouse against monitor.

I'd ask someone you know to lend you their mouse so you can try it out to see if it's the mouse or the computer that's being gay.

If so,open it up and clean the inside with a toothpick

Off-topic, but I'm downloading it right now. My Internet speed is arsing fast right now too, 94% in about 15 minutes, that's 705MB in about 15 minutes. Consistent download speed is about 680kBps.

OOH I AM LIKE SO LOVING THIS SPEED.

Oh and as I was writing this the percentage rose to 99%.
