Any art you post must be your own with the exception of images used to start a Photoshop thread, which may come from the public domain.

Hmmm.... you digitally destroyed a piece of original art from the internet. I don't know how to classify it, seems like it shouldn't be allowed, but we do allow photoshopped photographs... Do we allow Photoshopped pieces of digital art? I'm going to say no this time, due to the enormous lack of effort in the piece. I'm also going to say, give the source for your images if you want to mess around with something and post it, this one's a train wreck.
